I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully made up every day, spacious, and incredibly clean. The decor, especially for an older building, was charming. The street view from my room was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding; they were so helpful in booking group tours and provided fantastic sightseeing tips. Plus, the dining experience was a real treat. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from Florence's main attractions and right near the train station. Although the dining options were limited, I found the breakfast to be decent. Overall, a fantastic value for money with exceptional service and a prime location.

My stay at the hotel was truly fabulous! The rooms were really comfortable, equipped with 2 single beds and a double sofabed that was incredibly cozy. The reliable Wi-Fi was a plus, although there was a minor inconvenience when the heating malfunctioned, turning the room into a sauna.

The location was excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance to all major attractions. It was a great starting point for sightseeing, with cafes and restaurants aplenty. Despite also being near backpacker hostels, it always felt safe, even at night.

Staying at this hotel was like entering a royal palace with the hand-decorated roof soaring above the great bed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, though slightly on the small side with a worn bathroom, but nothing major to complain about considering the reasonable price and excellent location.
